Hampton Inn San Francisco-Airport

My family’s first time to visit San Francisco and it was very memorable and the whole experience won’t be complete without the great hospitality given by Hampton Inn. We are from Canada. Upon entering the lobby I was greeted by a huge smile by the front desk agent Marie. Assisted me with the whole check in process. Had a small issue with the broken window and requested for a room transfer and was immediately granted. Second day was great, Marie was at her best and this time we met Dan who was equally friendly and helpful. Room was great, location is perfect, just 10 mins away from the city center. Breakfast choices are awesome. I will give this hotel a 10/10 rating. Overall experience was great. Will definitely recommend this facility.

Only Hotel in the Hilton Family that has not let me remote check in and release my digital key. 8 years oh being a Hilton Honors member they demanded a physical card on hand to pay a deposit to release the room. On a corporate visit prepaid with a corporate card I did not have on my person. I do not recommend this location as they did not even try to provide customer service. I had enough pints for one of the two nights; they still did not accommodate.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a short trip to SF during Christmas holidays. We picked this hotel for it's conveniency to the airport and the CalTrain station. The room was ok for the price. Bathtub drain was a bit slow but not terrible. It was when we came back that I realized they charged me double the amount for parking. I noticed this when I was checking my credit card history. I talked to Hilton customer service immediately and they created a case for me, told me I'll hear back from them in 3 days. I waited for about two weeks and heard nothing so I called customer service again. This time they told me they contacted the hotel and their response was because I had two cars. I have no idea where the hotel got this information from. I would hope that they put this information in only by mistake. However I bet many people won't even bother to check their credit card history and won't notice what they have charged after your stay. The Hilton customer service offered to refund me with a check, which apparently is not coming from the hotel. Sounded like the hotel itself is not planning to look into this issue or refund me. I will not stay here for a second time.

Our hotel stay was excellent. The lady at the front desk, Lela, the front desk attendant, she was just wonderful. She was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was the best breakfast we've had at any hotel. The room was very clean and quiet. I'll definitely stay there again and I'd recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Hotel was nice and very close to the airport. It’s also close to the cow palace if you’re i. Town for a concert (we were). 35 dollars or so to Uber downtown so not an ideal location for real downtown touristy stuff. Continental breakfast was decent and service was good. The room was clean and nice but a bit noisy. (Could hear people running around upstairs all throughout the night)
